"We have been renting eBikes from Beach Bike Rentals each time we visit Gulf Shores area over the last 4 years but this last experience really exceeded our expectations. We were just about as far away in the park as we could get when we got a flat on one of the bikes. I called the store & Mark told us to sit tight while he grabbed a few tools and worked his way to us. I dont think 15 minutes had passed before he arrived & had us back on the road shortly after despite it being a rear title flat with all of the additional moving parts. Thanks for going above & beyond. We are grateful!"

"We rented the tandom bike. All care was taken to be sure seats were at right height, we had a basket and water. We had a great time riding in the state preserve. When we go back, we will surely rent here again. There are different bikes to choose from. We are going to try the electric bikes next time. Great staff, easy to rent, good equipment."
