"This place was amazing so much to do even on a rainy day staff was nice and friendly the grounds keepers was hard at work every day making sure the sites was clean and Maintain . (Update) this place has been ran to the ground the club house was nasty spider webs in corners tv didn’t work in there fridge was broke and full of mold the grounds was kept up now patches of dead grass everywhere ants. The employees seem not to care no activity’s one employee was driving fort lift around riding his kid instead of cleaning grounds they use this place as a personal party pad. Cloths all over the pond area they was there for 2 days"
"Ahoy is not one of your grandiose, over-hyped, over priced mega resorts. What you get is a quaint campground with good amenities and a really laid back vibe. Clean and well maintained, Ahoy is in a prime location -- only 5 minutes from OWA."
"We had planned on staying a week, then a month and 3 months later we were there through winter. Our families first long term stay but the kids absolutely loved this place. My son loved being able to ride his bike and fish. We appreciated the gym and all the amenities. The staff was wonderful and kind, everything was clean and beautiful and it reminded us how easy it is to make somewhere feel like home."
