"This place was good when I first started going but the last 4 times I’ve gone my order is completely wrong every single time. And the last drink I got was practically ice and had no flavor not even joking. Plus I waited at the window for 13 minutes for 2 drinks. Actually insane how much they charge for a drink that’s never correct."
"This tropical smoothie is located on a route that I travel often. Therefore, like many, I've been waiting for it to open. Previously I'd started ordering the Pomegranate Plunge with a pineapple instead of banana. Visiting this new location I decided to return to my old faithful choice that I consistently ordered in the past. I had a Paradise Point with kiwi instead of banana. The employee that made my smoothie did it very well. It tasted great AND it was the perfect consistency!!! I've had smoothies made before at Tropical Smoothie and it was like I had ordered juice because of the soupy/liquidy consistency. I am hopeful that the good experience is not just because they just opened but that it continues so I can continue being a customer at this location."
"I’m so over the moon, I love tropical smoothie! Tried this location for the first time and will 100% return. Paisley was kind and efficient. She recommended her favorites and I can see why the kiwi quencher with white chocolate is a favorite because it’s AMAZING. My husband has the sunset and it was refreshing with orange and vanilla-ish flavors. Large size and ran about 7.50/pp. 10/10 all the way!"
"They’re finally open and it’s a great location! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and fast. The lobby has ample seating and looks clean. The food was delicious. We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Dilla and a Southwest Wrap. The smoothies are so big! They come by default with a lot of added sugar so if you’re ordering something with fruit in it, I’d recommend asking for half or no sugar. The berry boost was naturally sweet enough without any added sugar. We will for sure come again."
