"This is a rinky-dink business ran by one woman. The first red flag was walking into this little 5x5 “store” that looked something like she was working out of a bedroom closet. The second red flag was when she said she only took Venmo or cash (but i get it credit card fees can be expensive to a small shop). Against my better judgment, i left my blazer and dress pants to get hemmed there anyway. She said it would be ready the following Thursday (one week after drop off of items). No problem! But….Thursday comes and i don’t hear from her… Friday comes and i don’t hear from her… finally after i call her Saturday, she texts me and says the alterations are ready. I tell her i can’t pick them up until Monday (because i thought i would be getting them on Thursday and had weekend plans). Long story short, another week passes by until I can get my items. So it took two weeks when she quoted me one week. And she didn’t apologize or give me a discount when i asked. The best part, she blamed me for not calling her on the Thursday it was supposed to be ready. Almost like it’s my business! Never going here again. Bonus content: when i was trying to negotiate a discount she showed me her text to try and prove she let me know it was ready on time, but the time stamp said Saturday not Thursday ! :D"

"I needed a hem shortened in a hurry. Zahia was able to accommodate me on short notice. She did an excellent job. I highly recommend her. She has quite an assortment of fabrics. Had I had the time I would have asked her to make me a dress! Thanks Zahia for your service."

"We were staying an Anna Maria and had a black tie wedding to attend in California. Of course I waited until 5 days before the wedding to bring my tuxedo pants in to be altered. Zahia was wonderful. I visited two other businesses neither of which could do the alterations on short notice (or didn't think they were possible). Zahia did them with a smile and the pants were perfect.
