"PSTA isn't like SEPTA. I purchased a reload able card for the bus. PSTA card charged me the same price as it does when using a debit or credit card. SEPTA charges you half half price and $1 for a transfer when using the reloadable card. Not much to see at Central Plaza. Looks the same as it did 18 years ago when I left this place. Just a few new apartment bldgs.."
