From a legacy of commercial fishing and stone crabbing to pioneering clam farming after the 1995 Florida Net Ban, the Davis family has consistently embraced change while preserving our roots. Today, under the stewardship of Mike and Heath Davis, we continue to uphold the standards and heritage passed down through generations.
Although we are a wholesale distributor and do not sell directly to the public, you can find our premium clams and Pelican Reef Oysters at local retailers like Publix. We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and unwavering commitment to quality.
Cedar Key, a quaint island community rich in history, provides the ideal environment for our aquaculture endeavors. Its pristine waters, nourished by the Suwannee, Withlacoochee, and Wacassasa rivers, offer the perfect conditions for our clams and oysters to flourish.
