"I would never come back if it werent for Charlie and Rachel. I waited 4 hours for multiple canvases to be done, with 7 children in tow. When it was time to pick up, I was informed noone would be there until 330. Well after my pick up time to begin with! Why would I not be told this instead of continuing to wait?! After another hour, now 430, 1 and a half hours after pickup time they said sorry, the girl called in over an hour ago, the next person to come in will be tomorrow!! One, it was impossible to be done by 3 because they had NOONE scheduled to punch in until well after that time! They knew I was waiting. They knew she called in. They knew my order wouldnt be ready for another 25 hours. My phone number was listed. I received no phone call, I paid extra for the one day processing... I was ready to cry. I came in the next day for pick up. Beyond upset.. I was overwhelmed by the diligence and concern of the 2 employees working. Charlie and Rachel went above and beyond to try to make things right... I would personally give these two humans 5 stars but walmarts scheduling, lack of employees or lack of hours scheduled for time sensitive areas of the store isnt planned by someone who cares about this stores ratings! Canvases did turn out amazing. I will be back but only if Charlie is doing the work. Thanks guys for fixing the mess!"
