"Very courteous, helped with the big bags I had as I have to use a cane to walk. Accurate, fast, other customers let me go in front of them cause I only had 3 bags. I was told a little gruffly not to crush the bottles. I do that cause I have limited storage space in my small apt. & Don't have my own transportation to get them there. Need to work on a happy medium. Otherwise, very hard working folks. To the guy that said they didn't count his bottles by separating them, they did count them ,only put them in a different place cause go to diff location, I believe."
"Very fast way to return cans and bottles. I'm always in and out within 5 minutes or so. Friendly staff. Sure saves me a lot of time compared to going to other places and doing them 1 by 1 at a machine. I live in New Hartford now but still take my cans to Mohawk Redemption Center when I'm in the area visiting."
"It's the best place in the valley by far. The conveyor belt scans the returns so there is no human error. I've never been ripped off going here, unlike R D's in little falls where they only give you half the money back. The staff is also generally friendly, so long as you arent a jerk to them. Would recommend this place over all others I've been to"
