"Got a snotty attitude at register when asked to make a 1 bacon cheeseburger at 10:40. Then as I waited patiently she proceeded to give me a not done bacon cheeseburger said she did the best she could do and said sorry my ovens been off and my microwave stopped working. I don't understand its a new store and your microwave isn't up to par."

"Go fix your workers! They said my total with attitude without & didn’t say any greetings or anything. Then they were talking to each other. And one of their tags said Melissa. What I would recommend is remedial action or better yet, possible termination. As other reviews had problems with attitude this is most likely who they were dealing with."

"I think it was very disrespectful when I went in and the man asking for subs was getting attitude from the two young ladies. You could tell the man was handicap and was apologizing for the inconvenience he had caused her. He left after getting his subs with no issues and she made fun of him after he left the store and stated “I’m sure you learn two plus two in kindergarten”. Then was looking at myself thinking I was going to make fun of the older gentleman. Not to mention she did not have gloves on while touching my ice cream. I am very disappointed in my service and will not be returning. I have been to multiple Stewart’s locations and have never been so ashamed to have such disrespectful people working at the one closest to home. I understand times are tough with employment now a days but not everyone is made for customer service and you can’t just hire anyone off the streets. I kept my receipt and will be calling customer service tomorrow."

"I was definitely sad and upset about how my sub was made because it was by an assistant manager, 2 1/2 - 3 handfuls of lettuce, good amount of onions, mayo spotty on top half, 3 pieces of turkey folded then 2 roast beef slices laid on top of eachother, the cheese was fine, one line of mayo down center of meat, she then tears the top of the sub roll off and pops it on top, cuts it without pressing it down(to help compact some of the contents)to where almost everything was coming out then wrapped it loosely up and put it in a bag. I'm really not trying to be rude but you could atleast attempt to seem like your trying to make a good manageable sandwich. Customers appreciate when you put real effort into their food. I hope next time to have a better experience in the store everything else about my transaction was awesome."
