"The WORSE company to do business with!! If I could possibly give a MINUS 100 POINTS I would. On July 25th I wrote a check to pay to have the grave stones for the OLIVEIRA and HENRIQUES families cleaned. Roberta said it would be done promptly and I would receive an email confirming the work completed with pictures. I called today (August 15th) because I have heard NOTHING and a friend of mine said he went by the OLIVEIRA stone and it had been cleaned. I spoke with KATHY, the Owner. By far, the RUDEST individual on earth!! I asked if she could check on the status of my order and she told me Roberta was out so I would have to wait. I nicely asked if SHE could check for me (since she is the Owner) and she became INDIGNANT that I would ask her to do her job!! She then accused me of being "snippy" because I asked her nicely to check on the order!! This outfit is not only unprofessional, they are rude, obnoxious and very disorganized. I predict they'll be OUT OF BUSINESS soon with their total LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE."
