"Recently rented a 9" Cargo Van and am overall very satisfied with the service. The owner was the one who got me all checked in, and he was super friendly and personable. He made sure to outline what the charges included and what it didn't, and took the time to go over things like insurance. Had no problems with the van while in use. Tips: If you'll be doing a lot of driving, use the mileage estimator (or if that doesn't work Google Maps or something to get a good idea of how many miles you'll be driving) Also for the cargo van the insurance is MANDATORY, not optional. When you check in online it says it's optional but that turned out not to be the case because the vans are leased. It's not a large fee ($10), but it'd be nice to know that right away. Checking in for an after-hours return is... a very, involved, process. Make sure you have a few minutes to do it. It will ask you to take a lot of pictures, including ones that you've already taken. Of course there's no way around this, so I just mention this so that you know what's in store. Still, a great experience and would definitely use them again!"

"They like to take money from the customer. They claim you don't put fuel back where it was and charge you extra for it. Trucks are not maintained the way they should be. We rented a 26 ft. truck and it pulled to one side. Did not run that well either."

"Miserable experience. I was at this location Canton, NY route 11 uhaul about 2 years ago on a very cold winter day to rent truck It was peak of pandemic as well. I made reservation in advance and went to get truck. Took it home and realized I could not open the door where one would load cargo. What use it a truck if I cannot open door and load stuff? I took it back to location and asked for another. I was given another truck that was filthy and unclean. The truck was just returned probably by another customer and it was just filthy. There was dirt, mud and ice all over truck and inside was even worse. I found used face masks lying on seat (remember, this was pandemic time) empty bottles and left over food, some trash and stains everywhere. obviously, it was not cleaned and was given to me. And the worst part, when I asked for it to be cleaned, I got an unwelcome look and unfriendly attitude. I have never seen such unprofessional uhaul service so far, I have rented in several cities in different states, not like this. Will think twice before going back to this location again. There are few more options in this area, will try them instead."
