Under new ownership, we are dedicated to enhancing the guest experience while honoring the legacy of previous owners, David and Richard. We are excited to welcome each visitor to our unique and comfortable inn, where you can choose between the privacy of our spacious rooms or the camaraderie of our cozy common spaces.
In our commitment to sustainability, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with ReWire Energy and Aries Power, Inc. to install a 67-kilowatt solar panel system. This eco-friendly initiative will power nearly the entire four-story building, reducing our energy consumption by approximately 90%, and includes the addition of two new EV charging stations.
On the first floor, discover our quaint Café, a perfect escape offering a delightful selection of hot and cold beverages, ice cream, baked goods, and a rotating special food menu. Relax in our welcoming seating area, browse our small book collection, or find unique gifts from local vendors.

"Arrived around 830pm. Booked last room for $195. King bed with 2 small windows with riverview. Entry was unusual with door code, phone calls, and ultimately a 15-minute wait in an unattractive, disorganized lobby. We staid in the Phoenix room, which looked as if a Phoenix may have been birthed there. I am submitting pictures as a picture is worth a thousand words."
"Stopped through Little Falls on the way to pick up our youngest son from summer camp & stayed in the "Sheard Suite". The room has a wonderful view of the water (pictured) and a very comfortable bed, Jacuzzi bath and a lovely big sitting room. Communication with hotel staff was superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ....We only stayed one night but would definitely recommend."
"What a lovely find! Super cool place to stay that's very unique. Tired of staying at a typical Hampton/Holiday Inn located in a giant parking lot off the highway? Then, this is your place. It's loaded with charm. Easy walk to a great brewery where you can get a damn good pizza delivered."
"Wonderful place to stay in Little Falls. Very nice people. There's a sculpture garden. Great views of Mohawk River and a walk across bridge to canal and cliffs on Moss Island. Nice shops (especially antiques) and places to eat/drink, all in walking distance."
"Lovely place! We stayed in the Loft suite, two rooms bedrooms and baths, and a basic kitchen. Breakfast, fully stocked conference room and WiFi included. Owners are so kind, great for a quaint getaway, kid-friendly too. Don't miss Ann St diner while there! This is a small town, and lots of things are closed Sun-Mon or even Tuesday, plan accordingly."
