"The technician who came to my house was great. He was young but seemed to know what he was doing and talking about. My issue is with Sara who is the receptionist for this company. She will quickly return your phone call to set up an appointment but will not return any phone calls or emails. She never answers the phone when you call, you have to leave a voicemail and pray to the heavens she decides to return it. She sent me a bill for service to pay yet I am still waiting for my service to be completed. I will not be using this company in the future."

"Had a blockage in our main line causing us to not be able to use any water. I called ABC and within 10 minutes someone was at our house fixing the problem. It was also very affordable. Couldn't recommend this business enough"

"We are so pleased with the service they provided. I don't know where to start . We had a cast iron sewer pipe in the ceiling with a twelve by three inch rusted gap in it . They replaced over twenty feet of pipe with the correct PVC . They raised the water pipes so I don't have to duck under it when I have to change the furnace filter. We are very happy. You won't go wrong with the professionalism of this company."

"We had an issue with our water heater getting damaged due to flooding in our basement. Not only was Bill here the SAME DAY I called, but he fixed our water heater very quickly. I normally feel that technicians are out to tack on extra costs, but I never felt that way with ABC. Bill was very professional and personable , and we will be using ABC for our plumbing needs going forward. I couldn't be happier."

"Ed Miller has been working on my houses since 2005. I am always pleased with his rapid response to my calls and he does high quality work. On several occasions, he would try the simplest/cheapest option to try to fix my furnace. When it didn't work, he would return immediately and try something else. He was trying to save me money, which I greatly appreciated. When he would do this, he would only charge me for one house call. I also really like the guys he has working for him - Zack and Ed's son. I think they are all professional, friendly, and hard-working. I don't understand the bad reviews on here... at all. Perhaps, the small town approach he has is not appreciated by some. But I am happy to leave a door unlocked for him to come work at my house. Also, I am a woman and I have never been taken advantage of by Ed. The woman who wrote a review and stated that women should beware is just wrong. Ed is not like that."
