"Trying to set up an electrical inspection for a client. Common Ground Electric answered the call with "Hello?!" I was slightly taken aback and asked if I was speaking with Common Ground Electric. An annoyed "Yup" was the response. I let him know I was looking to get an electrical inspection. He just said I dont do that and hung up. You'd think after ten years you would learn how to be respectful and courteous on the phone."
