"Mike is very unprofessional. We wanted to list the house in Massena for under 50K so we said 49K he advised 52K which is a weird asking price but we didn't argue. He talks at you and hangs up when he feels the conversations done! He does not communicate well, for us, not at all. We had to call him. We found the stove on once (electric) and it was so hot in there. Now we found someone put the t-stat in cooling which shuts off heat and now have broken pipes and water damage. His first reaction, "Well its not my fault", you should have had it winterized". We didn't have it winterized because the heat was on so he could comfortably show the place. Its been about 4 months and its still on the market and because of the water damage we will lower the price by 1/2 original price."
