"If I can give zero stars, I would. While searching for a house, I came across a house in Canarise, on Rose Street. My family and I loved the house. We placed an offer and went through the whole bidding process. We agreed on an amount. I sent an inspector to the location. Might I add I paid the inspector. The inspector sent his notes. The agent requested a copy of the report. We sent it over. Then everything went silent. My agent and attorney attempted several times to retrieve a contract. The contract was finally sent over. We signed and then again it went silent. Basically instead of coming back stating that they had a higher offer or to communicate, this agency disappears and go silent. We spent our money on an inspector. I am assuming they used the report for their benefit and neglected to communicate with us. Leaving us high and dry with, what happen. They could have at least had the decency to let us know, instead of guessing. Hopefully this review will spark something for this company to learn how to communicate or to relay the message."
