"Stay away!!! This brokerage is one of the most unethical, dishonest and untrustworthy companies I’ve ever dealt with. I listed my house with an agent who told me it would sell quickly based on the price and condition. It stayed on the market for more than 9 months. I later found out the Agent wasn’t answering the calls or requests from other agents And was trying to get the full commission. I lost a lot of potential buyers and thousands of dollars because of that. I notified the broker and they basically denied everything And backed the Agent. They also recommended me to a crooked lawyer who gave me conflicting legal advice. Stay away you have been warned!!!"
