"WARNING: SHADY, DECEPTIVE REALTORS! Maria A. Jannicelli rented us an apartment in Bloomfield that smelled like cats for the year and four months that my wife and I lived there. On top of that, it was also infested with roaches and we had to force the landlord to hire an exterminator! A few months into the rental, we discovered mice as well. We caught a total of 12-14 mice with sticky traps! Do not trust this realty company ever!"

"Horrible company. No stars! Bad service- run! I hired one of the agent from this company and I got unlucky. He had no experience. They put my property up on a market 20k underpriced. They gave no market analysis. Ask me to fix up the property so they can post it online but still used the old pictures they took . Did not do any advertising. I had to beg to put it on the internet after weeks of signing with them. When I got an offer they never explained the step just told me to agree with everything or I loose the buyer. They did not negotiate anything when it came to the buyers demand to fix things just threatened me if I don't do it I will lose the deal. I ended up paying over 5 thousand just to cater for the buyers mortgage company. Which he did not get for the first try . After weeks of waiting he got the mortgage commitment for his third try. I got no update on anything. I was calling the mortgage company myself. The realtor did nothing. After weeks of trying to get a closing date or to get any update the realtor called me a mental case. I got no reply or update for weeks. I tried to break the contact for weeks they ignored me. When I asked for update they ignored me but when the closing was near which was 6weeks over the original closing date they called and demanded their money and if I don't pay I could not close. Worst experience of my life. Never been so stressed out in my life. They gave me no choice they did not care about my side or if I even had the money to fix things. Don't sign with them they don't care about you at all. All they care is to quickly get your money with minimal work. I'm reporting they're horrible ethics and lack of professional service to the real estate commition for review."
