"Never followed instructions about how to press my clothes, broke buttons of clothes , ripped tassels off a garment and refused to pay for damages, charges more to launder women’s shirts. So have ruined clothing, are rude, charge women more than men, and often make you pickup at a different location than where you dropped off."

"This place is a joke. I dropped off at one location and was told to pick up at Kellogg rd. She told me that the shirts would be $2.50 each if I had 5 per the coupon. When I showed up to pick up she charged me double. She said that they were not part of the special because I picked them up in 3 days instead of 5. I literally had the handwriting of the other lady putting the price on my ticket. The lady behind the counter insisted I pay $5 a shirt or I could come back in a few days and speak to the owner to get my shirts! First and last time I will use this place. Trust the reviews on here and go elsewhere."
