"Don't bother filing a complaint, they will find an excuse not to rectify it. Very disappointed when I was told "it wasn't there problem". Such a shame to hear that when someone tries to gift you overpriced fruit...."

"The Indian guy (sorry didn’t catch his name ) behind the counter is a disgrace, terrible. Customer service should be fired and never allowed to work with customers ever again. If I can give this please zero stars I absolutely would. He should be completely ashamed of himself. I had to walk out of the store with my daughter because he was so nasty."

"Excellent Service! Great presentation! I went in to get a “get well soon” fruit basket for a friend. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although it was close to closing time, they took the time to customize my basket and made it look amazing. I’m so happy I chose this location. I definitely will use them again."

Also, he insisted on bringing the fruit to the car to help load it in the vehicle and then to top it all off he came back with samples and extras.
