"Was going to purchase $1,000+ worth of flowers due to a family tragedy. Asked to have a card put on it which you’d assume is basic for a florist. Got such a horrific attitude for asking for a card to be attached I hung up. I would never go there. Incredibly rude. Ordered $1,271 in flowers from Perry’s instead. Much friendlier. Response: remember I had originally called to place the order through doordash and asked about the card because I was not sure you delivered and it did not give an option. Sound familiar? This is not a fake review. This is authentic. I can pull my cell phone records to show the call or send you the receipt for what I spent at the other florist. Being combative is probably not the best way to deal with dissatisfied potential customers. Just for future reference. Nice 3.5 review score. Shows people are very happy with your with your service."

"This was the first time I used this florist. It was for my moms birthday. I live in TN and ordered the flowers over the phone. I picked out something that they had online and told the lady I was talking to that my mom loved pink. I gave her artistic freedom. They delivered the most beautiful flowers to my mom’s NY home. She gets fresh flowers all the time for herself. So she is kinda picky. But the photos she sent me of the flowers that were delivered were spectacular. Thank you so much for making such a beautiful bouquet."
