"I wouldn’t even give it one star the lady closed the store at at 9:59 and I came at 10:02 to pick up my clothes and the store was completely closed and locked and she was gone while all Mine my husband and my babies clothes were still in the dryer so I had to wait until the next day to get all my stuff how unprofessional and ridiculous!!!!!!"
"My good friend was verbally assaulted at First Laundromat last night. It was so bad, the police needed to be called in. The worker and her husband proceeded to call her every terrible name in the book. My friend, who is a class act, responded calmly with only a request for them to stop and for them to repeat what they were saying so she could record it. She was able to get some on video. It was horrific. The reason? She needed another 10 minutes to get her laundry out of the machines and the worker couple wanted to go home. I hope the owner tries to get in touch with me because he or she should really be made aware that he has mentally ill employees who should absolutely not be able to work there or anywhere else that deals with people. I'm disgusted. But you know what my friend did? Through her tears that have not stopped flowing since last night, she has been praying for these mean spirited people. There are despicable people out there. Please get help if you are so of control with rage."
