"My family and I have been bring our clothes here for years I don’t know if it’s new management but they have a separation fee now and an adding bleach fee. I understood and paid the amount. Not only was it not separated but my whites have blue staining on them from denim. I work over 50+ hours at work and trusted my clothes because I’ve been going there for years. I am highly disappointed that multiple of my expensive clothes have been ruined while I was being charge for the extra care. I don’t know what’s happening but I will not be bring my clothes here anymore. It’s unacceptable to be charge for extra service only to find out that the services weren’t even applied I tried calling 5 times to address this and I received no answer. I truly did not want to write this review but it’s unacceptable at this point. Highly disappointed."

"I brought some clothes and some were dirty, as if they hadn't washed them, I left them because I don't have time to wash, they have to be more careful when they wash the white clothes, they leave them dirty, sorry for the comment."

"I came here today 8/22/2020 to this place for the first time. The lady washing her clothes next to me notice her machine leaking water she called the women over who claimed she was the manager of this place told the women it was her fault. Then i noticed there was not enough water in my machine so i called the women back letting her know i might need to wash them twice because I didnt see enough water she told me no and walked away. I proceeded to ask her for the owners name and number she told me no several times. All for $6.75 she acted really nasty this is my first time and last time at this place. And last but not least i walked away to go to my car to find the information on this place this women ran away to the office back to my washer to take pictures. I have never been so mad just to wash clothes she was the most discussing person I ever met."
