I didn’t want to order online because I wanted a “special” spray for her casket. I called the shop and talked to “Mr. Les” (not Lester). He knew I didn’t have a clue about ordering flowers. He was very professional and patient with me as we both went to their website and looked at various displays and flowers that would be best suited for the spray I selected. Before we ended the call, Mr. Les assured me that I would be pleased with their service.
