I moved this year to the area and I have several expensive coats that I need cleaned but I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past so before I take a $1500 coat to a new place I try it out. I needed a pocket repaired and a cleaning on a 200.00 down coat. They returned it and it still had dirt on it, the pocket was sown but a new hole was left in the hood where they literally removed the down out of the coat. How do I know? I’m a psycho and I for one can tell and two I weigh the coat before and after it is cleaned. This happened to my Canadian goose once and I’ve learned to test a place before trusting them with expensive garments. Amateurs left a hole in the hood and there is no down anymore just cheap fill."

"I went there to drop off a pair of pants for a funeral I have to attend in two days. The women gave me such an attitude and complained that 1. It was too last minute and 2. There was cat hair on my pants. I’m sorry I own animals, isn’t the point of bringing it to get cleaned for them to remove it? So nasty and rude, they charged me extra for speedy service, it wasn’t until I told them I needed it for a funeral they budged. I will never go back there again. I would of been more ok with them telling me that can’t do it rather than them arguing with me."

"I came In last minute with 10 shirts and 5 pants that had to be tailored and I was helped by ALI and his employee’s. He was so nice and professional and was able to accommodate me last minute. He told me to come at the end of the day and pick everything up and which I did and everything came out perfect. HIGLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!!!! Great owners and facilities. Will be coming back"
