"Machine takes your money then the attendant claims it didn't carry to charge me for two washes when I only did one in the same machine. Machines are filthy. Air is stagnant. No fan circulation AC only on in the center of the laundromat this is not good when there are people in here wearing masks obviously from covid. Spoke to the attendance they refused to turn air on and all they also refused to turn the fans on. This is a health hazard. Board of health should look into this issue."

"Very large and great space to wash and fold clothes. There were a lot of change stations for money as well. You have to buy a card to load money. Which was ok but the I already owned one from another Laundry Kingdom and it didn't work. Maybe I need to check the card I own again. Loved that the dryers are 10: minutes for a quarter which is rare nowadays. The bathroom was small and needed cleaning. But all in all was a cool experience. I did go overnight though which is my favorite time to go to the Laundromat. I usually only bring comforters but my dryer which I put over 300 dollars into recently just stopped working."

"Last night we decide to go do laundry as a family, and we were found with machines not working stopped working in the middle of washes attendant at the time seemed overwhelmed with the people complaining to which I understood, but not only were we responsible to may for the start up of our machines but had to use again more detergent, softener and our unstoppable scents which are not cheap at all so for 3 machines we had to repay and reuse our own detergent because as quoted thats not there problem, but it is there responsibility to keep the integrity of there machines, when I called today to ask to speak with a manager she refused to give me a name, but didn't hesitate to ask for my name and number so she could review cameras and see if she could identify my family, than call me back and ask to speak in spanish, which okay I understand so why not, after stating there nothing she can do because the owner would get upset with them for even considering refunding, I asked for her name 4 times before manager Monica screamed her name as her and the maintenence gentleman were trying to decide how to rewind on the cameras, not only is it the professional thing to answer the phone and introduce yourself, she was nasty when I asked whom I was speaking with, explained all the reason she would get in trouble, which am sorry if the staff is scared of the owner but need to improve customer services and how to speak with people. As the owner is a business man and that should be reflected on the staff he has as manangement "monica""

"Better than i expected. Used it years ago, but was reminded of how spacious and clean it was when i recently visted less than a month ago from posting this. Friendly staff, clean equipment and no issues when operating them. I would go there again whenever my machine is broken again. :)"
