"Good and clean Laundromat, but I'd advise you to stay inside with your clothes and watch them through the entire washing and drying because there are a lot of stupid people that come in here and will do stupid things to your belongings. This is literally the 10th week in a row that some has either changed our wash from whatever we put it on to a different setting. Today someone decided to not pay attention and put extra soap in our machine and turn it to a higher setting ruining literally all of our clothes. Week after week, someone opens our dryers and doesn't start them again. I'm looking at the idiot that ruined our clothes and they didn't even apologize (just stood there staring at us like that was helping ) but at least say something. This is what you're dealing with here. The workers here are always very nice and helpful. Just stay with your clothes"

"Customer service via owner was terrible. Lost my licence in the machine, left my phone number, after a week of no communication, I had to return to the establishment and was told by the manager that he didn’t want to pay for maintenance to open the machine. When I spoke to him, he denied it and when he opened the machine he claimed he found nothing in there and it must have went down the drain. He pretended to not be able to hear me when on the phone and then he was laughing to others about the situation in the background. He blamed me for leaving my license in the wash. Wouldn’t reimburse me for my licence renewal and was dismissive and sarcastic. Go the extra mile and give your business to someone else."

"I have been going here at least once per week for several months; I’ve never had a problem. The space is kept very clean, the attendants work very hard doing the drop-off laundry orders. I never see most of them stop working. They are also very friendly; my daughter has been obsessed (I mean OBSESSED) with washing machines for 8 years and she talks about them ALL OF THE TIME. The kind staff are amazing with her while she tells them everything she knows about washing machines."
