"I can’t not believe the treatment I received as a returning customer for 8+ years. Every week my husband drops off clothing to get dry cleaned and it’s pricey ($80-$100+)but the guy is always nice and does a good job so we kept going. I recently had to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed and they wanted to charge me $200. It’s a bit pricey for a hemming but I don’t mind since we have been coming for years and they always do a good job with my husbands clothing. I came in and one side of the dress was slightly higher than the other and I wanted it to be fixed. The woman grabs me abruptly turns me to the mirror and tugs hard on the dress and says “it’s fine, your a human body that moves so it’s not going to look perfect” and asked “what I am trying to find?”. I proceed to tell her about not appreciating the attitude and she told me that “it’s a waste of her time”. I stated that “for $200 for a hem I shouldn’t be called a waste of time”. The guys said “she is very busy”. And in that moment I understood that she didn’t care enough to fix the dress. I asked the guy to take all my clothing out and I paid for everything and left. I will not be returning ever again. I can not believe the way they treated their customers"

I think of JOY in my everyday situations, and it helps with my everyday decisions. You won't be disappointed with your clothes and the owner is very accommodating."

"This was the worst tailoring experience I have ever had and the cost was a $180.00 They had my outfit for over 2 weeks, it was not done until the day before my nephews wedding. You always get a second fitting, the tailor was not even there when I picked the outfit up. I said to the guy behind the counter what if there's a problem. Well there was a problem, she had to piece material into the tank top and she pieced it in so high that it cuts into my underarms, I called and the guy said she won't be here until tomorrow at 10 i cant come tomorrow at 10. I gotta be at the wedding at two. Now I'm stuck wearing an outfit that will be totally uncomfortable and very poorly tailored you could just look at the stitching."

"I had to get my daughters communion dress spot cleaned quickly. Steve told me to come down, I came right away he took the spot out less than 5 minutes! Was SOO nice and so helpful. If you are looking for a new dry cleaners I highly recommend this place!! Thank you!"
