"I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number."

I had my sweet 16 dress, three prom dresses, a wedding dress, and two bridesmaid dresses altered here and they look great and fit great every single time. Another bridesmaid gave me her scrap material on Thursday when she picked up her dress. I brought the material in desperation for some kind of miracle that they would be able to add material into the back of my dress. "This place does NOT adequately clean your clothes. They've ruined several of my shirts and there are certain ties that I wouldn't dare risk in their care. Last time my shirts came back still dirty and they wanted to charge me extra to dry clean them. The staff was downright dismissive and behaved as though they're doing me a favor. Bye!"
