"I would give 10 starts to BOSS Facility Services. My experience from the start until today has been nothing but amazing. From various companies that I work with this one tops them off. This is an excellent management company & well structured. It is easy to reach them, very nice people and super efficient. Their communication is always on point."

"I was a contractor for them one of many they took 6 months to pay me. They apprive your hours abd a price to go look at it but you dont get any money untill after u send a estinate for repairs then do job and get paid for both we waisted hours on the job plus ordering parts that werent made nomore they canceled job never got paid i gave them one more chance and they did it again. I told them i needed time just suffered loss in family and damage from hurricane ian they gave the job to someone else but wont pay the original investigation and work my two guys did the first trip such a scam...... i will be reporting to BBB and dbpr and my laywer and if u read other reviews like under mine im not the only contractor or electrician these people should reach out to us it would be faster less expensive then using middle man that over charge their clients and we dont get a dime"

"Do NOT use this company! My electrical company was a contractor for this company. We were on a NET 45 agreement to be paid. There were two instances where we received our payment after the 45 days. The checks weren't even dated within those 45 days. I didn't charge late fees for the first instance, but did on the second instance. They are refusing to pay any late fees, due to them "not agreeing to pay any late fees if their payments are late." I have spoken with management from two different departments. They said that they even have customers on NET 60 that don't even get paid until 120 days later. I am sure they expect their customers to make payments on time, but they do not care if they make payments to their contractors on time. I will continue to charge late fees every 30 days that they are late, and send them to this company until my late fees are paid. This company does NOT care about their contractors, they don't even deserve 1 star for their rating. They deserve 0 stars! Do NOT use this company! They are a ripoff!!!!"

"I have been working at Boss Facility Services for a little over 7 years. Boss is a growing, family run company with a great atmosphere. The owners pride themselves on accommodating not only their clients and vendors but more importantly they care about their employees. The Keingstein's are not the "behind the scenes" kind of owners, they are in the office 5 days a week with their employees working just as hard. When I first started working at Boss Facilities, I was attending college and needed a job to get me on my feet. They hired me as a clerical worker at the time and accommodated my part time hours around my classes; when the semester was over, they were quick to offer me a full-time position. From there, I was offered so many opportunities to further my career within the company. I have worked my way up in several departments here in the last 7 years and now here I am as a Project Coordinator. I (among others) was recently sent to a training course at Suffolk through BOSS to better my career further. The atmosphere in the office is nothing less than professional while at the same time a high energy, good vibe place to be. The company holds events to keep the employees close together and the moral in the office flowing, like summer BBQ's, Holiday parties and even a little something for the employee's children when Halloween rolls around. I truly feel this keeps us close together in the company and gives us all something to look forward to. They listen to the needs of their employees; for example, they changed the hours from 9am-6pm to 8am-5pm. The option was voted upon the whole office to make the decision. On a more personal note, the owners were extremely accommodating when my mother fell ill and didn’t give me a hard time about coming in to work during the last few months of her life. All due to that, I got to spend time with my mother that I will never get back - which means more then I could ever express. I am a nursing mother and the company does not give me a hard time about taking my breaks to pump, which a lot of employers are not so easy-going about in NY. All in all, I am glad to be apart of the team for so long. I have watched the company grow from a small building into a medium building & now in the process of moving into a huge, new building this coming summer. All you need to thrive here at BOSS as an employee is a good attitude, good work ethic, be a good team player & like any office setting, fly above the static."

"Boss facility services . vendors beware Vendor contractor Do not do any contract work for them, they seem to be operated by a bunch of inexperienced high schoolers that have no clue about how to treat a vendor. They take for ever to pay up to 6 weeks and they will pick apart your work at nauseam. Just not worth the hassle. There is good people out there that Will pay for your service and Boss facility services is not it. I gave one star because I had to. If your a client and you use them, shame on you for hiding behind a group of incompetent unfair bullies. Seriously there is a lot of good vendors out there and Boss is running them all off."
