"Been using this service for 3 years and have recently been insulted be the owner twice. Once he accused me of not paying when he knows I always, without exception, pay for my laundry when I drop it off. Even after I showed him my receipt, which included the debit card receipt, he seemed suspicious. Then today after his son was nice enough to waive a charge for me when I dropped my pre-sorted laundry off, I went to pick it up and the owner accused me of not paying for the two washes. I told him his son had waived it since I sorted my laundry and he still wouldn’t let it go and continued to act as though I was trying to get away with something. He finally saw where his son had written that he waived the fee. I don’t mind paying the correct amount. But having a charge waived and then being reprimanded as though I did something wrong is unacceptable. I will not be going back. I’m not going to pay someone to treat me like a thief over laundry."

"My sons and I really enjoy using this laundromat. They even come out from the Hamptons to do their laundry. Anytime we are there, the place is clean, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the machines work well and the value is amazing. We highly recommend giving it a try!"
