"RUN! THEY USED A TIDE POD RUINING ALL OF OUR CLOTHING AND ARE REFUSING TO LET US SPEAK TO ANY UPPER MANAGEMENT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND ARE BLAMING US FOR THE DAMAGES THEY DID. BRAND NEW LULULEMON CLOTHING THAT WE JUST TOOK THE TAGS OFF, EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED AND THEY WONT EVEN SPEAK LIKE NORMAL HUMANS. Edit to add it wasn't a tide pod, it was a cheap off brand detergent they admitted to using. Paying $115 for a load of laundry and they can't even use proper fabric safe detergent !! Shame on them civil suit has been filed IN RESPONSE, Clearly you didn't even read where i edited that you said you used commercial grade. Also the staining did come from you as i have photo evidence of before and after. I'm sorry nobody walks in with the same stain on ALL their expensive clothing items You're so delusional. When you went back over my clothes they were still stained and shrunken at that point. I also could go ahead and post the video footage of how y'all Acted. You had the chance to kindly refund my money Which wouldn't even cover the cost of one of the 3 lululemon scuba hoodies ruined but you refused. So now it's public like i said it would be I've also filed a civil suit against your business. Had the owner taken accountability apologized and refunded i would have moved on and cut my losses but here we are because yall run a nasty dirty business and ruined my family's clothing"

"They updated the payment system which allows you to pay with various methods other than cash. However, I don't understand the logic of asking existing customers to pay another $1 to replace the old laundry card. They are thoughtful enough invested on the payment system to make customers pay easier, but not helping existing customers to replace their card. In addition, they did not renovate drying machines which 90% of barrels are already broken containing spikes that could cut you and half of them do not dry your clothes well."
