"i have been extremely patient regarding my refund of 75 cent. i completed the paperwork, the attendant advised me to come back the next morning when the owner was there. i came returned that morning only to be told the owner would be in later. i returned that afternoon at which time im told the owner didn't come in. i returned again last week, this time the young lady was about to give me the 75 cent but she made a call and advised me that you were mailing me a check. really? this is so unacceptable on so many levels and i am completely perplexed that there are not proper measures in place when customers have issues with the machines. i have returned 3 times for my refund to no avail. You dont mistreat customers ; we are the reason you stay in business, but at point its a matter of principle. I WILL take the next appropriate steps for my refund. Perhaps you will think twice about returning customers money ......"
