"This laundry is rubbish, the washing machines don't wash well, the water remains dripping, they don't rinse, and the dryers don't dry well. Customer service is rubbish. The man, what's going on there, and the woman who works there, are terribly aggressive when you ask for help because some problem about the machines they yell at people this place is not a good place to wash or I do not recommend it"

"HORRIBLE TO CUSTOMERS!!! Listen to your customers or don't be in business! The standards at this laundromat have dropped drastically. Had an issue with one of the dryers today (6.19.23) not working properly. When I informed the woman that my clothes were drying for 50mins and they were still wet, she told me that I forgot to start my machine, even though I went to her to get change for a $20 bill so I can put coins in that same machine. She added her coins to prove that the machine was working fine instead of letting me move my clothes to another machine. After 35 minutes of drying again, my clothes were still wet. When my husband told her the clothes were still wet, she said her machines work fine. It's not her problem and I have to put money in the machine, she's not putting any more money. Originally, I wanted to move my clothes to another machine, because the machine wasn't producing heat, but she wanted to prove that her machine worked and restarted the machine that I was telling her was broken. When she was informed yet again that the clothes still didn't dry, she got mad at us and said she was not putting any more money in the machine. So we took our wet clothes & left. If that's how they treat customers that are informing you of machine issues then they don't need to be in business."

"This place is clean with many machines. The washing machines really scrub your clothes wash rinse wash and rinse. You really get your money's worth parking in the back. It's a Hispanic/Polish neighborhood but they're all friendly and they don't make you feel like an outsider. They also have super dryers. Definitely one of the best laundromats on LI. Check"

"Absolutely horrible! They claimed they close at 11pm but at 1015 he denied me inside to buy a water from the soda machine. I made it clear I wasn't doing laundry. I had a train coming i needed to catch and nothing was open within doable range beside him. The sign that says they close at 11pm is attached directly in view of any average height adult person. I would understand if I had to wash clothes or was intimidating in any way, but this scumbag knows me. I've been there to was c lo other plenty times. He makes me not wanna go back. This just happened. I'm going home dehydrated af!!!!"

"The workers are in their drunk! Can’t even get assistance! People are outside the place drunk, beer bottles everywhere, inside smells. I didn’t feel comfortable to be in their or leave my clothes inside. I didn’t wash my clothes their because of that I just left, I went to the worker for help, & him and another worker were just stumbling their words & almost lost balance. Never again! 02/18/20 6:30 pm! Horrible"
