"Horrible laundry service. Left clothing for wash and fold and when I returned to pick up i was told they lost some of my clothing!! What kind of business is this? Then they call to say it was only 1 item that went missing… if they wont check the cameras how would you know? I Keep getting the run around that someone will return my call and no management /owner has stepped up. Then i get the ridiculous question of “do i know what was lost on the hangers” as if i put it on the hangers lol yea 50lbs of clothing you expect me to take a picture of everything i brought? Disgusting service. Do not bring Your clothing here!"

"The staff wasn’t rude or anything, but I live right across the street and left a pair of sweatpants in the dryer for about an hour (given to me by someone really close to me) and when I returned, they were gone. I’ve given them all my contact information and a description of what the pants look like because they were my favorite item of clothing and have yet to receive a call or update on it :( It seriously ruined my day."
