"Most of the folks that work there are pretty good at what they do. The (what seems like the main/manager lady)is very nice and attentive to your specific requests, few of the others can be alittle rough around the edges. Owners where very responsive the few times I have had concerns in the past 3 years. I've been dropping my clothes here weekly."

"So I bought a Groupon., which stated can buy multiple times. I went to drop my clothes off and the manager who was on the phone refused to accept the Groupon She was extremely rude and wouldn’t even speak to me. All she kept doing was yelling in the phone to the worker not to so my laundry. I was so embarrassed. Now I can’t aid for something I’m not allowed to use and I still need to wash my clothes. This establishment is rude and does t even try and understand what a customer is trying to say. The managers name is Cecelia she is extremely rude and this is not how you treat a paying customer"
