"Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff. Zero communication, scheduling conflicts, unfinished and sloppy work. Used their services for my restaurant hoping for a professional floor cleaning experience, which consisted of simple mopping, something that I could have accomplished. Ending our relationship with a no call, no show, on a scheduling cleaning day with the excuse of "the key we use to get in cracked in half." Never received a bill or invoice until I started getting threatening calls and collection notices. Sylvia, Abby, and crew really need to get it together if they want to keep their business open. Steer far away from this one and save your money."
