"The guy ruined a brand new $400 shirt and was mad when I asked for them to replace it (which he did). I then went back (meanwhile thinking they’d be grateful that I was willing to give them a second chance) and he said that they didn’t want to serve me because “he’d have to look at everything very carefully”. That’s bad faith. Interesting."
