"Really easy - I leave a bag downstairs and call them - they pick it up….24 hours later I get it dropped off washed dried folded and color coordinated. They even sometimes put an envelope on top with all of my things they found in my pockets. For about $1 a pound it’s usually like $20-$25 and I’d rather spend that then spend all the time and about $10 in a regular laundry place doing it myself."

"Edit: For my response to the owner, I called multiple times to address the issue, and I never received any message from you in regards to my concerns. As much as I used to love this place, I’m going to have to stop using them. The past 4 orders I have placed (totally about $150) have all been late by hours. You have the option to have your items picked up/delivered in a specific time window (about 3-4 hours), but my deliveries have been late every single time. They charge a gratuity, which they should, however if my laundry is going to be late then I don’t believe it’s justified. Overall disappointed and will be in search for a new company."
