"After a few bad accidents my dog had on the sofa due to serious health problems, my sofa smelled horrible, like something died on it, and was completely unusable. Anything that came in contact with the sofa picked up the strong odor. I was certain I was going to need to throw it away but figured I’d at least try to save it if I could. I’m so glad my first call was to Constantin. He was able to send someone out within a few days. They were very professional, thorough, and friendly, but most of all he was committed to getting the job done right. It ended up taking more than one cleaning to eliminate the odor, that’s how bad it was. I watched how thorough the first cleaning was, so I felt they did all that could possibly be done, but unfortunately after the sofa dried the smell returned. I talked with Constantin about it and said I was sure the sofa was beyond saving but he readily offered to come out and try again. I was blown away by how committed he was to getting the job done, and the price was very VERY reasonable. Months later I am happy to say the couch is as good as new and odor free. After this experience I can’t imagine why I would ever call anyone else for all my upholstery cleaning needs.
