"Horrible horrible dry cleaning service. They ruined a really expensive dress that was worn once. I asked them to remove a stain and it came back with the fabric all stretched out and unwearable now. DO NOT use their dry cleaning services."
"Broken machines (both washers & dryers) everywhere, poor lighting conditions - workers are rude, ask for pennies when you already put them in the machines, and will take out your clothes. Avoid at all cost, go to other laundromats in the area."
"We used this laundromat self service today. The staff were very helpful with what machines would best suit us. It cost us $5.75 to wash our clothes and $1.50 to dry them. It took a total of 1 hour to get it done and we were satisfied all around."
"Been having my laundry done here exclusively for nearly three years using their pickup wash and fold service. Recently had two (2) small bath rugs picked up for wash. To my surprise their minimum for pickup was $15. However all plastered throughout their store it states minimum for wash and fold is $10 minimum. This was what got me using their service initially. Needless to say, with their declining wash quality over the years and this deceiving bait and switch practice, I will not be using their services any longer. Many other laundry places in the neighborhood."
"I use the XL washer and fit about a month of clothes into it easily for $7.25. Dryer is a quarter per six minutes. Staff is helpful (not particularly friendly, but who cares, they answer my questions.) Machines work well. Washer takes about half an hour which is great. There is a cash to quarters machine as well as soap vending machine. They offer free soap Monday-Thursday between 7-11am and 7-9:30pm. Last wash is at 9:30 and they close strictly at 11pm."
