"I recently started sending out my laundry. My experience while there: the staff are nice and it’s a pleasurable experience. Sending it out: I appreciate the convenience. I don’t appreciate their lack of customer service. They often don’t answer the phone and do not send my full order back. More recently: bottles of Tide and Downy haven’t been returned. I feel bad sending the delivery service from door dash back in the heat. When I call they are dismissive and say there is only one person working. If a load of clothes is missing, I have to ask for the delivery staff member from door dash to go back. Reality: having been there - I know that’s not the case that there is only one staff person!! Usually there is four. Customer service matters!"
"Our building's laundry has been broken for the last few weeks so I branched out to find a local laundromat that offered delivery and pickup services. I couldn't be happier with the service and efficiency of the team at United Laundré. Delivery was seamless and my dry cleaning and laundry was handled with care. They even gave me an awesome new laundry bag which I desperately needed. Thank you so much to the entire team!"
"This business makes doing laundry less of a chore for me. They honored the community during the holidays and hosted a free wash day. Their washers spin so much water out of your clothes you don't have to dry them as long which decreases your time spent there. Sometimes I fold there and there is plenty of space to do so but when I don't I rarely have items that are still wet. It's usually towels or pants with thick waist bands that aren't all the way try but another 5-10 minutes gets them all the way dry. The staff is friendly and helpful unlike some other laundry services in the neighborhood where they are rude and disrespectful. We noe have somewhere else we can go that's clean and we value because we know the alternatives."
"For larger loads, prepare to pay a small "fortune", but for great quality machines, customer service (See Branson!), neighborhood proximity and 24 hr. access (and turnarounds) this laundromat is great."
