"Very friendly service and the lowest prices I’ve seen in NYC by far"
"Do NOT come to this laundromat unless you HAVE to. I’ve been doing my laundry here for 2 years because they are so close to my apartment, and I WISH there was somewhere else I could go to that’s as close. I always say hello and try to be kind when I come in, yet I am met with seriously the rudest and unkind people running this establishment. They get angry and growl at you if you so much as ask for change, the lady won’t let me use just a corner of the table space to fold my clothes, there were people using the whole other side, so I had to put my clothes on the ground to pack them up because she was THAT rude and wouldn’t let me even use a small amount of table space. Awful place, dirty, and rude."
"I use wash and fold services here with delivery. When i call for pick up or delivery, they are literally at my apartment in less than 5 minutes. Obviously, I'm really close to them, but the point is they are super prompt and will carry 3 big laundry bags at a time up 5th floor walk up without any fuss. But don't forget to give them a good tip, especially if they had to climb stairs. Laundry is always ready the next day, but you do need to call them to tell them when to deliver it back. Otherwise, the laundry will just sit at their laundry mat. Also, beddings and blankets are extra and not calculated by weight like everything else, sometimes it can really rack up. Typically, I pull those items and do it myself."
"Plenty of machines available when we visited. $3 for a regular sized load of laundry to wash and 25¢ for every 7 minutes to dry - payable in quarters- the man working there exchanged our dollars for quarters no problem. We were glad to not have to purchase a card to load up with money like some other laundromats require since we’re only visiting. Also Central Park is nearby so we set a timer on our phone for 30 minutes for the wash and 1 hour for the dryer which gave us time to enjoy our day and not waste it washing clothes. Note: There’s a sign that says you can’t use their dryers if you don’t wash there and also no dogs allowed."
