"I’ve been going here for a few months and would go literally every week. I’ve also done alot of drop off service here BUT just about 2 weeks ago I had money stolen during the drop off service. My husband realized after the clothes were dropped off he never emptied out his pockets from the last pair of pants he wore. We reached out to the staff and they denied ever seeing any money but that same staff called us back the same day claiming they “only found” $100. Apparently the other $70 magically disappeared which is impossible cause it was all folded together. I felt very upset at the fact that they saw me EVERY WEEK and didn’t have the decency to return $70 back to a loyal customer instead they denied finding money and the decided to only give back half of it. Liars and thief's in this place so be careful not to forget anything important in your pockets Aquí roban dinero. Yo iba a lavar cada semana y deje mi ropa lavando la ultima vez cuando mi esposo se dio cuenta que se le olvido $170 en los bolsillos. Cuando lo fuimos a reclamar dijeron que nunca encontraron dinero pero luego ese mismo dia llamaron y dijeron que solo encontraron $100 en cual es imposible cuando el dinero estaba envuelto todos juntos. No vuelvo mas a este lugar por ladrones y mentirosos"

"The place is clean and open 24 hours. Not only that but the nighttime lady Maria is the best ever! She's so sweet and hardworking and definitely deserves a raise. I no longer live in the area but would definitely recommend it. also they have a massage chair in the back so you can sit and get a massage while waiting. Their drop off service is also very prompt and they call to let you know when it's done. Please tip Maria!"
