"This laundry mat is very unprofessional. I’ve been going here for 6 years. The last few months my clothes were not being washed correctly. My clothes was staying Stand or dirty. I’ve made several complains before and still always paid my money. When I dropped off my laundry I told the person working to please separate my clothes because they were not washed correctly the last time. No fuss no nothing still paid my drop off and went on about my day. I come today to pick it up and the worker on duty tells me that I can no longer wash my clothes there because I complain too much. That the owner of the business told her to tell me that they will no longer service me. Instead of talking to her staff because believe me this happens a lot where people complain about how their clothes are being washed incorrectly. For the owner to say that is just very unprofessional and rude. I’ve grown up in this community for years and never have been treated this way. I wasn’t disrespectful to anyone or was rude to anyone that ever worked there. When you pay for a service you expect it to get done right. My drop offs were always 50$-120$ So yea I’m going to ask you to wash my clothes correctly. Never in my life has this happened to me. I would never come to this laundry again. Absolutely the most unprofessional owner there is to tell a customer to find somewhere else after all these years of me feeding your business. Train your workers to separate customers clothes by colors because very hard to buy my children and my myself clothes for them to be stained. DO NOT DROP OFF HERE. As per the owner if you complain your money is no good here."
