"they close early and lock you out but can't change the sign , like says 11 but at 10 your locked out . my clothes idk ruined them , very rude staff , very overpriced i wonder how this is allowed to pay 6-15$ for a wash ."
"Good for drop off, horrible when you decide to wash your own clothes. They employees use all of the machines that actually work for the drop off service leaving those who walk in to wash with the worse machines ever. Not worth it. Go elsewhere"
"Horrible customer service, particularly from the very short woman who works there. She started shouting at me while I was transferring my load from the washing machine to the dryer (she apparently thought that I didn't wash my clothes there and they have a rule that only those that wash their clothes there can use the dryer). When I tried to explain that she was wrong, she had difficulty understanding basic English. She's been pretty rude on other occasions as well. Also, they say on their door that the place closes at midnight, but they actually close shop at 10 p.m. Due to this false advertising, I put my load in at 9:30 one night and wasn't able to pick up my clothes. When I questioned this policy, the workers were rude, as usual. It's also a pretty expensive place."
