"Most of the washing machines smell of mildew. The area where you put the detergent and softener either have mold or is always dirty. Half the dryers are always out of service. This laundromat needs a major upgrade, you can tell these machines are extremely old and are not receiving the proper maintenance."

"They’re pretty pricey but the dryer machines have a frequent problem with sucking your items inside the machine. The business isn’t busy between 3 PM- 5 PM on Wednesday, which makes the process easier. My only complaint is this laundromat is NOT coin-operated.You have to buy a three dollar card then add money onto it in order to use the machines and they don’t allow you to turn in the card and get your three dollars back either. One of the women there doesn’t speak English at all and she has the nerve to walk around the entire facility opening your dryer machine and touching your clothes without your permission. I was stuck with a card that I was no longer going to use again and lost three dollars. I had a poor experience with this laundromat."
"I go here because it's convenient I've really don't it most machines are not working most dryers are not working sometimes you have to put in more money to dry the clothes I think the only good thing is that if you know what time to go you have enough machines to wash your clothes"
"This is the worse Laundromat I’ve ever been to and I’m a NY native who just moved near this place two years ago. It has 30 driers and only 6 work and out of their 30 washing machines only 9 work. I’m a single mother so this facility is convenient as far as the distance from my home. However after over a year of having to wait sometimes 2 hrs for a drier, I finally took a video of the nasty floors and germ infested bathrooms that has had a out of order sign on it just as long as the non working driers and washing machine. I can’t understand how this place has 15 machines out of 60 working for over a year and the manager or owner hasn’t followed up with a work order. The elder there never has detergent for you to purchase or change, if the ancient chain machine is broken. After my last visit, I now just pay the extra money to have my clothes picked up from my home and delivered back to me. Smh"
