"I like that this place is open 24/7 and that it's more modern than some of the other laundromats in the area. You don't need coins. They do drop off, they're usually pretty good with the cleaning but there are times when it gets really crowded that you'll see a lot of things on the floor. The machines wash and dry pretty good and the staff is okay, they aren't very friendly but they aren't rude. They are helpful if you ask them for things. They have several TV's blaring at all times with news and shows. They don't have a big selection of laundry items for purchase."
"I've been using them for a while for drop off service. I thought it was odd that I would start missing one sock. Thinking maybe I just didnt put it in. Then I found a sock that did not belong to me. Maybe they didn't clear the drum before putting my things in. But now my entire laundry bag has gone missing. And no one answers the phone. I am fed up with the damaged bras, the missing socks and the non-english speaking women that have no explanation for why my property is missing and damaged. I'm done. Now I have to replace my entire wardrobe that's hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. And no one "speaks english"."
"Love that this laundromat is 24 hours - love that they are clean but HATE how hot it is in there. All summer long 90 degrees weather no AC or any type of fan. They make enough money to make sure their customers are not going to die in their laundromat ! They need to do something about that!"
