"They made a price increase and no updates or Upgrades to this place I don’t know if it’s the old machines or the parts but is smells like eggs in There and your clothes don’t come out smelling like clean laundry the water or the tubes are completely old and funky and the dryers are burnt out which makes your clothes smell even worst the night staff is no help no one speaks English or they pretend not to worst wash & dry experience I’ve ever had I do not recommend you wash & dry here the only plus side is it’s 24hrs sometimes…."

"The dryers will still your money and the attendants do not help you as they act like they turn and become quickly nasty and try to tell you something is not wrong as though you can’t count. Dryer cost 39 cents for 7mins. I tap my card 4 times - that’s 28mins… when I go to tap it a fifth time… it went down to 13mins…. I will follow up with the better business bureau… I AM TIRED OF BUSINESSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD HIRING PEOPLE FROM OTHER CULTURES THAT ARE RACIST AND ACT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT WAY WHEN YOUR SKIM COLOR IS DARK BROWN…."
"The light skinned Dominican lady is a very rude, she always has an attitude, and she was mad at me because I told her the vending machine stole my money, they should’ve put a sign saying they didn’t have certain things or she could’ve went about it a nicer way. Other than her the other employees are very nice and helpful."
"Staff are nice, night staff keeps everything clean and organized, you can tell he's a hard worker. ONLY COMPLAINT is that there is NO soap in the bathroom ever. I have been going over there for 10 years plus, still a great place i end up using my own laundry soap but would be very hygienic for some soap in the bathroom please. Thank you. Keep up the great work."
