"I live a block away from here so until last year, where I had enough, I put up with the constantly broken machines, decent machines being filled with clothes untouched for hours and water always running hot even when you choose cold. But this morning, as I was too tired to travel to my favorite 24 hour on Boston Rd last night, I went to do my uniform. Same old nonsense then I placed my stuff in the dryer stepped out for a for five minutes (drying should be done by then) and came back to see my stuff out of the dryer and someone else using it. I confronted the person and female staffer. It wasn't even five minutes, you have tons of other peoples stuff sitting in the machine for god knows how long and the machines next to the one you stole were EMPTY. Why not use those? She's saying it's fine. No it's not fine. Complete show of disrespect and lack of professionalism. I'm not gonna get myself a record over this. Never going back. People you have options no matter how far. This place is trash. If you have to go there wait till the dude who works in the afternoon to close, Mohamad is there. Great guy. Still not coming back though."
